Our Story
A Family of Tailors, at Tulsa's Service
JC Alterations was built on a simple belief: clothes should fit the person wearing them — and the people altering them should care as much as you do.
How We Work
Old-World Craft, Modern Standards
Every garment that comes through our door gets the same treatment, whether it's a couture wedding gown or a favorite pair of jeans: careful assessment, an honest quote, and alteration by hands that have done this thousands of times.
We fit in person because bodies aren't standard sizes. We pin and mark with you in the garment, explain exactly what we'll change, and schedule a second fitting whenever the work calls for it. When you pick up, you try it on — and if anything needs a tweak, we adjust it on the house.
That's why brides drive across town, why recruiters send their units to us, and why our first customers still bring in their kids' prom outfits today.

What We Stand For
Six Promises We Make on Every Garment
Precision in Every Measurement
We measure twice, pin in person, and never guess. The difference between close and perfect is a quarter inch — and we chase it on every garment.
Craftsmanship That Lasts
Hand-finished hems, matched seams, pressed edges. We alter clothes the way they were meant to be made, so the work outlives the trend.
Personal Customer Care
You'll be greeted by name, fitted by the tailor doing the work, and quoted honestly before we thread a needle. That's the family standard.
Respect for Your Time
Weddings, court dates, deployments, interviews — we build our schedule around your deadline and we keep our word on pickup dates.
Honest Advice
If a garment isn't worth altering, we'll tell you. If a simpler fix gets the same result, we'll recommend it. Trust is our best advertising.
Proudly Tulsa
We live here, raise our family here, and fit this city's brides, graduates, professionals, and service members. Local isn't a label — it's who we are.
